No, not really. Now cleaning Trues or Daytons that's a nightmare.

Yeah man, I member. Back in the 80's in Baton Rouge there were a few BBS's I called in to.

I can't remember all the names, but one was Nexus 6. My friend ran it.

I think there was another one called something like The Lair, or something lair....

I even remember a few user names: S. Holmes, Dead Ollie, Rasputin (the most prolific poster I ever saw), Coyote, and Rattrap.

Man, I just went back in time thinking about those old days. There was a "War Board" where people just insulted each other (my suspicions are that this evolved in to the OT), a book and movie section, and a Dungeons and Dragons section.

I can remember staying up really late to dial in because there was a better chance the line wouldn't be busy.

I remember it well, though LORD, Usurper and Tradewars were my gotos.

This was when you literally dialed someone's home number with your little 14.4 modem...or a 56K if you were a rich kid.

the rich kid had a dedicated phone line for the modem,

I used to be able to run dual lines at 28.8 each. Downloading 100 rar's in a night and putting them together in the morning was pure heaven.
