Does anyone know if the houses on Barrett Lane off Elliot took on water? The report I received as of yesterday around mid-day was that the water was approaching houses but not yet in houses.
Thanks in adavance for any info.

Barrett Lane had high water in the front but towards the middle and back of the street the houses and street was dry. I have no information of houses with water, I just know the middle to the back of the street is dry. Hope this helps.

I just made it back from Oak Ridge about an hour ago. Looks like the water has gone down around a foot since yesterday afternoon. No houses in the neighborhood took on any water but still no power. Saw a guy driving all the way in with a jacked up truck.. Seems like the water on Elliot is about shine deep or so. Hopefully it continues to go down at a good rate and we get power soon.

My wife just set up a Facebook page for our neighborhood. Feel free to look it up and join. Oak Ridge Estates Neighborhood. Quite a few people have already joined and provided updates. Some people in higher vehicles have been able to drive out. We are on our way now to see how far in we can get.

We ended up making it in. We had to park on Elliot by the new construction home and walk the rest of the way. Water ended up being knee high at the deepest. We posted some pics on the Facebook page.

Elliot is dry all the way in from hoo shoo too. We also heard power could be restored as early as tonight or tomorrow. But don't hold me to it.
