yea it is, 0% THC in it.
Its actually supposed to be legit.
It doesnt get you high at all, but it will relieve anxiety and some forms of pain without the high effect.

I bought a quart at the Exxon on Lee Circle last week. The check engine light came on in the middle of 5:00pm CBD traffic and I didn't want to take the chance of throwing a rod.

I have some of the tinctures you put under your tongue, and I will say they do work. I believe they affect you differently depending on your levels of stress, anxiety, etc. They definitely help to calm and relax, but there's no buzz or "high" from it.
The brands I have tried are Swiss Relief, and Tru Blu. I would go ahead and try the larger dose of mg's for better results. The 500 mg bottle works well, and the berry flavor is solid.
