This thread is definitely a troll, but I'll give some info anyways...
The escort buisness is definitely one of those things where you get what you pay for.
Backpage.com is no longer reliable, and most of the chicks on there are bottom feeders anyways. There are some high-end escort companies in NOLA, but they normally require a background check and verifications, so it's something you'd have to plan for in advance.
Your best bet is to go to one of the higher end strip clubs (Penthouse, Ricks, Hustler, etc.) and see if you can get some "take out." It'll cost you though.
