You will wake up when I say the word "discharge".

Now bark like a dog!

I meant I was getting sleepy because it's the afternoon... I actually just misread the word 'receptors' 2 or 3 times and said 'neutron' instead of 'neuron'.

s anyone in bed with you when this happens to see if you exhibit any outward signs of this?

My wife has woken me up when I was in what I call the between which is basically a sleep paralysis phase but I dont get scared because I'm used to it and the vibrational phase. She was already awake and she said I was breathing rapidly. I do get sleep paralysis far more often than does not result in an OBE and to wake myself I will often try to talk or yell my self out of it and it sometimes gets loud and scares the shite out of her.

It seems the sleep paralysis and the OBE experiences are related. I think i read somewhere that people that have these experiences may have something wrong with the part of the brain that identifies where your body is in physical space. I'm not that well versed in the explanation but I also have suffered from panic disorder in the past with attacks that would come out of no where and left me feeling scared out of my mind and somewhat disoriented. I think its all related and has nothing to do with astral projection or any other mystical phenomenon but its sure is a wild when it happens.

If I'm stuck in sleep paralysis with no sign of an OBE I'd rather not stay in that state for long. It not pleasant. It feels like you are in total bondage but like I said it does not scare me anymore. Its very scary and unpleasant for people that are not used to it and Ive experienced "the old hag syndrome" several times and it does suck.

No BS. This was a long time ago, maybe 20 years ago... Me and a friend was in his car smoking a lil marijuana. but I think it was laced with something because it was the weirdest feeling I ever hand, it was like I was going through this tunnel and that's what I was feeling it, but I was also able to watch myself doing it. It freaked me out and fascinated me at the same time. And that's no bullshite story.
