Getting it is honestly my worst fear. I probably think about it every day.

Since we’re talking about urological phobias, mine is having an overactive cremaster muscle pulling my teste(s) up into my abdomen and them getting stuck and not re-descending.

I don't know exactly what this, but I hope it isn't as bad as it sounds.

Felix Pie was out for a few days with a twisted testicle when he was playing for the Cubs in 2008.

Get to a hospital emergency room fast if you develop symptoms of testicular torsion. It's a medical emergency.

Got it the day before an Engineering final. Had surgery that night and slowly waddled into class the next day

The pain was pretty intense and your testicle swelling to the size of an Satsuma is freaky. But once you get to the hospital it's really not that bad.

Waking up and trying to figure out why you're in a jockstrap and who put it on you is the weirdest part.
Also, the tech spreading gel on your testicles for an ultrasound is an experience as well.

Had this happen when I was getting checked for a groin ache that ended up being a cyst on one of my nuts. The tech was a milfy Latina with a big rack. I was so conflicted.

I have. I remember just getting off the couch one morning and then immediately having this intense pain. Ended up needing surgery. The doc was not very confident that he could save it because it had been almost eight hours, but luckily, he did.

Yes, twice. The 1st time the doc was able to “manipulate” it back the 2nd time had to have emergency surgery to have it removed. While the manipulation was painful, recovery after the orchiectomy was a whole different level of hell. Especially getting the staples removed from the scrotum.

staples

They stapled you? Yikes.
I just had traditional stitches that fell out on their own.

That’s some bad crap. Good way to lose a nut. A co-worker got it from repeatedly stepping over low fences in fields one day. He said he kept leading with the right leg which eventually caused them to twist.
