They recalled them because of the issues with the removable top. So they are trying to rig a fix for the ones in transit first.

They fricked up the design bad. Big fat stance is great. Then it tapers to the body panels, ok fine…..then the cabin tapers even more to the point where it looks like the cabin has the same amount of space as a Ford Fusion.

I can't imagine paying anywhere near MSRP for any Ford, but these are strange times, and people have no patience I guess.

$20k stretched across 84 months is near nothing. YOLO. This is not how I think.

Was in a Ford dealer this weekend and they have a red two-door. Salesmen said the first person with a $10k deposit would get it, and it's going for 10k over sticker. Also couldn't let it leave till Jan 1. for some reason. 2022 I guess.

There are at least 2 four-door soft tops - a silver one and a blue one - in BR dealerships right now.

My friend took delivery of his this week at his dealership.

Its a red 4 door with soft top. Has to be driven 3k miles and I am sure it can't be sold until after Jan 1.

He is supposed to let me drive a week. I am hoping I got to.

I am a jeep guy though.

It’s most likely their demo model. They aren’t allowed to sell them off the bat.

So, the dealership told your friend he cant resale his new Bronco until he drives it 3k miles and not until after 1-1-22?

That doesn't sound legal. He owns it now and can do whatever he fricking wants with it... they just dont want people to resale them and make any money like the dealerships are doing with the over MSRP bullshite prices. frick them..if I had preordered and could flip it for $10k+ it would be seriously considered.

Got one in the shop right now that was smoked by a large truck. It held up pretty well and other than the hood, it’s all steel constructed.

Personally, I can't wait. I enjoy just getting in a bronco and going for a ride. Just seein' where the road will take me.

this one he got he did not order. He hasn't received any of his preorders. He just bought the dealership in july. He begged Ford for one. So i am sure its on there terms not his.

So they included a clause in the sale that said he couldn't resale until those conditions were met? Do they have a first right to repurchase the vehicle at a specific price? Doesn't seem legal.. if he wants to sell the car after he owns it then how can they stop the sale? Not turn over the title?

It sounds like his buddy owns the dealership and it’s the demo model Ford sent. Dealers can’t sell those units until 7 months after receipt, according to the mannequin program they enter.

The dealership where my son works, where I just picked up my new Mach 1 (not so subtle brag), got one the other day. Gone already - was a special order.

Not if he signed a contract with Ford in order to get it.

John Cena got sued over flipping a Ford GT

Where has there been a mention of full size models? I assume you mean with OJ sized ones.
I always liked those.
