Anyone have experience with cut resistant fabric?

Looking to make a cloth door held in a frame. I know it won't be highly secure, but I want to make it at least a bit difficult to get through.
I see videos of people being stabbed and shite, but wear would i buy the material, and would this work for a larger surface area?

We added hog wire to all our first floor windows and doors in Algiers Point. Often just onto the window and door screens.
The half inch spacing and all the welded places where the wire met....never had a break in.

In my line of work we deal with a lot of cut protection clothing. Even level 5 protection has a lifespan and it can only take so much abuse before it cuts. Some fabrics handle cuts better while others handle impacts/stabbing better. I'm by no means an expert, but I would not trust any fabrics for security.

of course, it's a temp door, to be used as more a barrier more than "sleep safely" behind. It's for something like a mancave, so that you have airflow, the ability to communicate as needed without opening, but also a lockable for privacy.
