anyone have an idea what flooring installation in BR is going for now?

putting porcelain tile in most of house

havent had anyone out to give me estimate yet but just want to get a ballpark for it

Tree Fiddy because they are busy on flood house jobs and have jacked their rates. Wait a year and then ask this question. Keep your linoleum until then.

Labor alone probably looking at $4.00 sf range plus whatever the price for the tile you choose. Then add abou 50-75 cents a sf for mortar, grout and misc install materials and should give you decent idea of total cost

Average is 2.75. Wood is cheaper 2.25.
