Went to the panhandle last month and then today received a speeding ticket from Brantley, AL with pics of car......Yada, Yada, yada.
These are sent from a third party, I think. Do I have to pay, or is there anything I can do?
I know Mt. Juliet here near Nashville had them for a while, but had to remove them because it was determined they were unconstitutional.
Also, says to send it to OH not AL

You're not legally required to pay those, I don't think. But it'll go on your credit report.

Edit: I missed the camera stipulation so please ignore.

Got one in Tennessee. Ignored the bill, which said, "Failure to pay this invoice will not affect your driver's license, insurance rates, or credit score."
Then got a bill from collection agency with the same message. Phone calls from collection agency began yesterday.
So you can ignore it, but it will be a hassle.

They won't do anything to you, but mail them an envelope full of pubes for good measure.
