Shopping for large sectional and have narrowed it down to two that I really like.

One is from ZGallerie and the other is a Klaussner brand.

Both are very soft, comfortable, and deep seated style. I have several decor pieces and a dining room table from ZGallerie, but I am a little nervous about the quality and longevity of a sofa from there.

Any first hand experience with either brand is greatly appreciated.

I have a couple of friends who have the same sectional from Z-Gallerie and neither have aged very well. I think it’s because the cushions are sewn on and cannot be rotated.

Are the cushions on the sectionals you’re looking at rotatable?

I know the Klaussner ones are. Not sure about the ZGallerie ones yet.

I work as inventory control at a local furniture place. We do not carry ZGallerie, but Klaussner Sofas are without a doubt one of the better sofas on the market in terms of lack of issues. I highly recommend them.

Cindy Crawford’s line at Rooms To Go is tough to beat. Also, 88 months interest free financing to boot.

I have 2 Klaussner Alexis slipcover in my home and the Bentley sectional slipcover in our vacation home. Kids frick it up all the time and the wife (no pics) pulls off the cover, washes it and it looks brand new.

It's mid-line but their art is ok.

I have a sectional from ZGallerie. Thick leather, heavy as hell... thing seems to be indestructible. Very happy with it.

No, not in the warehouse. But shipping companies have a habit of leaving merchandise at a previous stop and claiming you recieved it. So, we have to make sure we actually get the 45 pieces we ordered and make sure it's the right 45 pieces and not wrong stuff

A few months ago, one of the shipping companies tried to leave us Geniune KIA parts for a car.. and not the headboard that was suppose to be ours.

We have narrowed it down to the Klaussner Bentley sectional (5 pieces). Now trying to decide between slipcover or no slipcover.

I picked a light color fabric and we have 2 young kids.

I used to work for Z Gallerie and I have a Klausner sofa and loveseat which I have been very happy with. Just be careful with their customer service. The original owners sold to a corporation and from my understanding they are not nearly as customer oriented as in the past.

Furnished everything from Z Gallerie when I lived in Dallas area years ago. If quality is still the same, you can't go wrong with them.
