Anyone ever use one of those fake fire place heater things?

I recently finished changing my garage into a man cave/flee from my wife (no pics) room and want to get something for some heat in here. I was wondering if anyone has used these before?

I have a 2 setting one in my deer camp. Puts off plenty of heat.

If you don't give a crap about looks, just get an oil heater, or two, depending on how big your garage is.

I've got a gas heater with the fake logs in it that works very well in my man cave. It heats up the area in less than a half hour and the area is about 800 sq. ft.
The one I have has a dial thermostat that allows for it to come on at different times and it has an automatic igniter. Naturally, the lower on the dial, the less frequent it comes on.
I've had it for over 10 years and have no complaints.
