it's sleep paralysis and it's one of the scariest experiences.
you can take a natural supplement called taurine before bed and it helps prevent this, allows you to sleep better and wake up more refreshed. it's also extremely cheap to buy too.

This never happened until I learned about it in high school. Now it happens every now and then when i take a nap on the couch. Scary stuff

I had this happen to me 4-5 times while taking a nap on the couch. I could not move and I was awake. I could hear the TV playing and could not move a finger no matter how hard I tried. Lasted like 2 minutes and I was freaked out. I have anxiety just thinking about it now.

Get it sometimes. Scary stuff. Have to really focus to move my arms when I first wake up. Keep thinking I'll suffocate or something.

It's taurine and it's a natural supplement. It works so well with stopping sleep paralysis and sometimes restless legs.. It helps you sleep better and wake up more refreshed. It's best not to have any caffeine the day you take the taurine though because caffeine can make it ineffective.
