Anyone ever been to Wally’s? Like Buc-ee’s

I was in the one in St. Louis two days ago.

It's a nice convenience store; I like their popcorn.

It looks like they literally copied everything about Buc-ee’s. I mean literally everything even down to the layout of the BBQ station to how the drink machines and cups fit into the wall to having a vehicle in the store and an animal mascot and a wall of jerky.

It’s the most blatant ripoff I think I’ve ever seen.

No, but I've been to McDowell's

I went to one and it was a nice store. But compared to Buc-ee’s it was like a Racetrack.

Good store, yes.
Comparable to Buc-ee’s, no.

I laughed at the impressive array of beef jerky!

I’m sure the layouts vary a bit from store to store, but what I mean is the layout of the BBQ counter and the drink station, for example. The BBQ spot is a round counter with sandwiches.

You can even see how they copied the fresh potato chips.






Buc-ee’s drink machines with the cups in the wall and the lids and napkins across from it at a separate counter. Exactly the same as what Wally’s does.
