I am in Lafayette, and what in the actual frick is going on.. I have never seen this before. I have had outages with them, but nothing where I can't even get through to their number..
The TV is all jumbled, the internet is Unreal Slow..

In Prairieville, and Cox TV is a laggy, stuttering piece of shite right now. Luckily, internet is still up and I can access what I already had recorded on the DVR without any issues.

Def a great idea to ask for a free month since this is happening to a lot of us. Calling tomorrow. Prolly won't get in touch with anyone till Saturday. What's everyone's average bill cost?

mine sucks in Pville as well. Internet is fast as ever though.

Has anyone had Remote Control (DVR) issues as well? I swear I switch them out every few months. Using the fast forward, rewind, pause, and play are the biggest issues. Is it just me? Also I usually have to get a "new" box 1-2 times a year bc they never issue BRAND NEW ones. Total BS for the price AND the crap everyone takes from them.

Have you tried calling over the phone and having them send you one in the mail? Then just place your old one and make sure they send you a return shipping label.
