That’s not how it’s counted in the old model but you’d have to be dumb to believe that youtube tv/google, Hulu, and all the other streaming services don’t retain detailed data at least on a scale of what is being watched by certain demographics.

Those streaming services, for the most part, don’t have continuously running channels like the OP is talking about for you to “accidentally” watch a show you’re not interested in so you’re not really talking about the same thing
