It is very hard to get someone who is paranoid to take their medicine, because they have a surprising sense of logic - "No medicine is going to keep people from shooting their headlight lasers at me."
You have to have a sense of humor. She's home now stringing up dozens of strands of Christmas lights without a problem even though I assume they emit some EMF.
She's had at least 7 cell phones in 2015 (she trashed her I phone and is using a tracfone flip now). At the first sign of anything not being 100% perfect (like bad reception), she starts fiddling around with it - since she knows zero about cell phones, she ends up really screwing them up. I also assume that some of those crazy websites have trash that gets in the phone.

ETA: But, this is an illness, and you don't dump your wife because she's ill. Assuming I don't get stabbed in my sleep (a fear a few of my friends have), it will get better.

Good on you. My ex wasn't on the level as yours. Just a narcissistic chronic liar. She would lie just to tell a lie. It was disturbing.
ETA - I think her top lie was when we had a house full of guests for a party and she commences to tell everyone I held a gun to her head the night before. That was pretty much the end of the marriage. I was traveling back from California the night before and not even home.
