Anyway I find the loofa gives a good lather with body wash but grew up with the soap and rag so I could go either way. I went a while with just a bar and no rag and it was just fine. Most of it is just getting the oils and stank of you and scrubbing isn't always needed.

Me. Loofas become havens of bacteria and they don't suds up like they used to.
