he is open about where he is from, and his upbringing. his fight with drugs, and being dead broke. his story is incredible, and an American Dream type of thing. however....
i was considering using him to train some of my salesmen a wile back. they were beyond "persistent". so much so that it turned me off.
God bless him for what he has achieved.

He has great advice on sales techniques, but is kind of a grifter when it comes to everything else. I used to watch a lot of his content and bought a sales course from him before he went viral. After he got famous, he started painting himself as a finance guru and started a real estate fund. I think that fund is under investigation.

And no one here is right or wrong, it’s their opinion. But if you know who he is, and he doesn’t know you, I’d say he’s at least doing something in getting your attention if if to be a hater.

Didn’t Cardone Capital (his real estate “fund”) not pay out worth a shite and have multiple lawsuits against it? From what I gather, he raises funds to purchase apartment complexes on leverageand pockets a significant portion in management fees. Say a 100 million dollars of an apartment portfolio. He raises 20 million for the down payment, finances the rest, and charges x percent of 100 million for his cut (instead of charging x percent of 20 million). This is money off the top, not management fees to pay for apartment manages, maintenance, etc.
You would do much better investing in a REIT ETF or something.

He and his twin brother used to go to the neighbor across the street to put the moves on the twin gals at around 15 or 16. Both got heavy into the entire drug scene late teens. both cleaned up their acts in early 20's. Both were go getters. He was always into sales, then ended up selling sales seminars via satellite to car dealers all over back around 1990 and built a new home on the beach in LaHoya, CA. per a friend who knew both of them fairly well.

There was a big scandal where he was stalking people, and especially people who were trying to leave the cult.
I don’t have the link. I went down the GC rabbit hole a few years ago. He teamed up with one of my DR marketing mentors, and that’s when he really began going viral. Because of their partnership, I bought his 10x book without a second thought.
Didn’t finish the first chapter and something seemed off. That’s when I went down the rabbit hole, and tossed his book shortly after.
The rabbit hole is deep, and you’ll have to sift through a ton of shite to get to the dirt, but I’d start by searching his relationship and dealings with the cult.
