Looking to update security. The technology has grown so much lately as well as the # of providers. They’re running some deal my wife saw. Just wondering if anybody had opinions/experience
ETA: $200 for cam, doorbell cam, 3 door sensors, maybe something else, dunno

I've never even heard of this Company, is this in Baton Rouge?

Nah. It's an online, do-it-yourself alarm company.

I looked at SS and ended up going with Abode.
The Abode hub allows other zwave devices to connect to it.

I've had it for 3 years. Works great, monitoring works well too. Had to change the batteries in the wireless sensors after 26 months.

There are a lot of knowledgeable folks on the Tech Board
I have Nest and like it, but it is more expensive. I’ve only heard good things about SimpliSafe

The $14 per month monitoring is very adequate and works well. Just hide the cellular transmitter, as no signal will be sent and no popo dispatched if someone smashes it before the entry delay ends.
