The nasal strips work fine for me. I'm not over weight just had bad luck with deviated septum.

Yea, it's called a CPAP.

I've been on a c-pap for six weeks and the results are incredible. My wife says I don't snore at all anymore. I also feel ten times better after waking up than before. Everyone that uses one says it is a life changer. I am quickly becoming one of these people.

Lose weight. If that doesn't help go see a Dr for a sleep consult.

Idk, but if you can find Jimmy from Zyppah and kill him that'd be great.

I have always slept on my back, and always snored.
I also sit at a computer all day and over time I've developed a chronic stiff neck. My chiropractor started me on some flexibility exercises for my neck and also sold me a pillow with a depression in the middle. The idea is that it will cause your head to rock back as you sleep, arching your neck.
Well, it turns out that's uncomfortable as frick and I can't sleep that way. So it forced me to sleep on my side. Boom, I stopped snoring.
TLDR: train yourself to sleep on your side instead of your back.

CPAP is the only thing that worked for me

I'm not overweight and I have tried everything but surgery, nothing works for me. My dad tried everything including surgery and nothing worked for him either.
Good luck, sleep apnea wears you down.

I only snore on my back and my wife just kicks me and I roll over.

I have begun snoring rather loudly the last couple of months. It kind of has me worried about where this is coming from. I am 5'10" and weigh about 155. Definitely not overweight. I snore on my side or back, doesn't seem to matter. I even wake myself up sometimes from the noise. My poor partner.
I am thinking about going to the doctor because it seems strange that this has come out of no where. I can't blame it on allergies or anything, either. Haven't been stopped up or anything in any consistent way.
