Anybody got some past Northshore La crime stories/theories?

Ever since I found about Faith Hathaway's murder and the Robert Lee Willie murder/kidnapping, I've become so interested in solved/unsolved crimes in the past in/around STTP. Crazy to me that a lot of people who grew up here have no idea this stuff happens here. Esp with the double murder a few a weeks ago, these cases have flooded my mind again! If yall have any stories or theories on solved and unsolved murders anywhere around here, I'd love to hear them!!

A girl I went to school with at Abita Springs Jr. High school was gunned down in her own driveway by her crazy arse ex boyfriend. Happened roughly 25 years ago. POS dressed in all camo, loaded up a white van with a shite load of guns, and shot up her car as she was leaving her house. shite was really sad.
Regarding the double murder, I knew Mrs. Pratts from Abita Elementary. Dude that did that needs to be executed by a firing squad.

You sure that was 30 yrs ago? There was a similar murder like that about 20-25 years ago. Probably the same one.

When you get in your 50s, you can't remember if something happened last year or 20 years ago.

Only reason I know that one….
I was at a gathering /party a few weeks/months prior to that murder. The victim was there and midway through, we were all chilling on the back deck and this dude comes out of nowhere (never seen this guy before) asking where she was. I think she had already left or told him to get lost, don’t remember that part. He was a sketchy motherfricker, clean cut but had those crazy shark pupil eyes. I’ll never forget that. Kind of killed the buzz but the person who’s house we were at told that guy to get fricked and get off the property. I think he was in law enforcement. Anyway, he leaves, party resumes…and weeks/ months later that girl is gunned down.
That guy was a creep POS. She was a pretty girl, blonde.

Old theory that possibly Lynn Nunez, Margaret Coon, and Rusty Burns' allegations were connected. However the Gone South podcast makes a decent case for the crazy neighbor.
