Gf (no pics) had her iPhone X delivered couple minutes ago. In a fricking T mobile box with a shipping label slapped on top (dumbass move imo). Well the box is empty. No question about it. she isn't gonna open it but you can tell where someone had cut the original tape and then re-taped it. Anyone have any success stories with this kind of thing ?

You'll have to file a claim with UPS. if you call T-Mobile they'll usually do it for you. Usually takes 48 to 72 hrs.

She bought it from t mobile. They just had to mail it due to no inventory on site.

Did not mean to downvote you. My newly “acquired” I phone X is acting up.

When I was in retail.

UPS driver's signed for each imei. Once it was on their truck they were responsible.

We had a box of phones come in once, obviously someone messed with it. Can't remember the total but it was $7k-$10k worth of phones. UPS found the dude on camera stealing the phones at one of their centers. We got our money.

It happens, phones are tiny and worth lots of money.
