We got my dad the Typhoon q500 x. He's 70 so wtf but it pretty much flies itself and the life is awesome.

Is this what we used to call remote control helicopters?

My dad has 4-5 of them. He offered to give me one but I don't really have anywhere to fly them

Dronium One was about 90 bucks and it isn't fragile. I've had mine hit the ground (grass not concrete) trees and bushes and not be affected. Plus it comes with spare propellers and propeller guards.

Just don't get it stuck way up in a tree or drop it in a body of water. Also not sure how it would handle a rough landing on concrete

Are they any good? I have always looked at the Phantoms, just can't wrap my head around having a $1000 drone and crashing it.

I always thought the $100 drones were just pieces of crap but if I am wrong I might go out and buy one.

Like I said the battery life is bad. About 10 mins after an hour of charging. But I'm ordering spare batteries and it's fun to mess around with.

And it's not fragile. I've had it drop to the ground pretty hard, get stuck about 20 feet up in a tree and got some weed wrapped around two props and it's still working fine.

It's a really good starter drone I guess.

All that's fine and dandy, what's your ratio of seeing naked women on your excursions to not though?

Like one pair of tits every 3 10 minute trips or?

You bought your son a $1000 drone? How old is he... please tell me at least 21 years old.
