Anybody deal with Go Auto claims

I got into accident. It was the other driver's fault. They had Go Auto and I submitted a claim. Not a peep from them.
Been 2 days.

File claim with your insurance and let them deal with their insurance company... How I've always done it !!

I talked to my state farm agent. They said since i wasn't at fault. I should put in a claim directly.

Only if you feel like coming out of pocket with your collision deductible and waiting to get reimbursed on it weeks, possibly months down the road when your insurance recoups their money from the at-fault driver’s insurance after subrogation. I wouldn’t go through my own insurance unless the other driver’s insurance was refusing to pay or REALLY giving me the run around

I did not long ago. Wife got in a wreck, and it was reported to their claims department. They gave us the runaround for 5 days while allegedly waiting for a call back from their own insured. I ended up renting a car myself and getting reimbursed from them while waiting for approvals.

Some woman with Go Auto ran into my week old truck a couple of years ago. I let my insurance and the body shop deal with them - they of course wanted to put cheap aftermarket parts on but my people didn't allow it. They eventually paid for the repair in full ($10k in damage) as well as sending a loss in value check because the truck was literally one week old.
