I have a guy in Metairie on the street behind me that shoots fireworks to start the Saints game, two varieties for the type of score, and a finale when the game is over. Mainly single shots, so we try to guess the timing. He takes awhile when it’s an unexpected score. He must be spending a fortune this year, but is enjoying it.
He shot some tonight. Timing was probably the end of the championship games. Probably had some left over for the week from the low score on Thursday night.

Some communities and groups have Christmas festivals with fireworks on the first Saturday in December.
