Is anyone here an agent that would be able to pull a property disclosure for me? The listing agent hasn't responded to my email.

I’d suggest either looking up the broker of the listing agent and contact them or put in a showing request through Realtor.com or Zillow. Agents pay for those and don’t typically waste time.

Alabama does not, though you will typically get them in HUD foreclosures. FYI, those will be woefully incomplete.
