Yeah I've been keeping my eyes peeled for someone building sheds in the neighborhood, just haven't really seen any. Hopefully I come across a crew sooner or later, I figured that would be a good bet
Metal shed / Shop 20ish x 20ish

What's the general consensus on these metal buildings? Unless I'm mistaken, my research says that all of these sites such as alans factory outlet, Carolina carports, etc., Are just out of town sales fronts that sub out the work to whoever they can find locally. I read the "deposit" is part of the commission the salesmen collects. Seems like one could cut out the middle man, but I'm not having much like finding someone who builds these sheds locally, I'm finding people who do odd jobs who said they're capable of building the shed. While I don't think it's brains surgery, I'd like to find someone who does this work regularly and can bang the work out efficiently. Has anyone gone through this and have any insight? Just trying to avoid a nightmare. This is in the Mandeville area

Can you email me

Lol I get it I guess. it's more my assumption/hope I may find more honest people on here than somebody trying to hide a vehicle with issues on Facebook. My logic may be flawed, but that's my mindset

Can anyone recommend a contractor for the Northshore area? This process is exhausting and frustrating….

Thanks for the info. I’m pretty back and forth on it. I want to want it, but the reviews keep throwing me off. That being said, I can pretty much find terrible reviews for all the other vinyl plank floors as well. I have the lifeproof in my current home and haven’t had any issues either. But of course the wife doesn’t like any of the colors they offer

How long have you had them? The longboards look great in person, but as stated, I can do a quick google search and find a bunch of poor reviews and class action lawsuits against the company. Not sure if this is attributed to poor DIY install or an old product or what
Anyone have Cali floors?
Posted by Ontopofit1 on 7/24/24 at 5:31 pm
Looking for some first hand opinions on Cali floors. Currently shopping for vinyl plank floors and have come across someone who can get a good price on Cali brand floors, but the reviews are all over the place, from top tier to absolute trash. Open to other recommendations for brands that can Be seen locally to south La. Thanks

Any real estate agents in here?

Is anyone here an agent that would be able to pull a property disclosure for me? The listing agent hasn't responded to my email.

Yeah thats basically where I’m at. I guess most of the upgrades revolves around the cam, heads, carb and exhaust…and any combination of them in between. I guess it just varies a little bit between them all on who recommends what. I’ve spoken to all of them and they all seem pretty knowledgeable and willing to talk you through it
