Any OT Experience with Grillz?

I've been thinking of getting some grillz for 2020. I'm asian-american, not hood, in IT and close to middle-age.
I always thought they looked cool and honestly want to get some to wear occasionally when hanging with friends and going out.
I'm debating about getting a set for fun, maybe spending maybe 5 or 6 hundred tops. Nothing real just some cheap gold and CZ. My main questions are about practicality, how they feel, how long do you leave them in etc.
There's a place here called Bling Bling that is supposed to be good but am scared to go in there as a noob. No one I know has ever worn them. Never seen anyone IRL wearing them either. Seems like it be fun to wear out a couple times a month.
Are these things comfortable at all? I boxed in high school and those soft mouth-guards kinda of sucked, I couldn't wait to take them out. I can't imagine a metal grill being comfortable.
Is a grill just something you wear for a few minutes while taking selfies or are they something you can actually wear on a date for several hours, can you eat and drink with them, can you talk with them in?
I realize the OT isn't really the demographic but maybe a few of you wore some as part of a halloween costume or something.
If you could actually just wear them like a retainer, maybe I'll get some but I don't want to go into the Bling Bling shop and get laughed off for asking this stuff.

I thought this was some brand of BBQ pit I hadn't heard of. Gold/platinum teeth are right up there with face tats dude.

Take that money and set it on fire. Then, find the biggest guy you can and have him kick you in the balls. Be sure to have someone video this. This will get more use out of that money than spending it in gold teeth

In all seriousness, go for some that are real silver, white gold, or platinum (yellow gold only works if you’re black)
Make sure the purity and weight of said precious metal is legit and fairly priced
You have the right idea with CZs/lab diamonds, real diamonds are a waste of money, and no one will be able to tell any difference anyway

Do it. It’s getting to be very popular around here. I’ve seen some guys with grillz that had really hot girls with them. The good ones are not cheap so it’s a great way to show you have money.

Sincerely, no don't put grillz on your teeth. The grillz erode teeth enamel. Nice teeth are more attractive than grillz. Seriously, take care of your teeth.

Jeffrey Dammer’s favorite Asian dish was “MooGooGuyInaPan”.
