I have their internet at our office in Gonzales and they are great. Super fast fiber way cheaper than other options. No complaints

We have it at the camp and it is the best ISP we have ever had.

We switched from Cox a couple years ago. So damn happy.
Very little issues, and when we had one, great customer service. Highly recommend

Had REV for the last year internet only. Been very happy with the service. I’ve never noticed an outage if we’ve had one. $72/mo all in where I live for pretty speedy fiber (not gigabit though).

I tried the TV service when I signed up but the guide is really goofy and the whole interface really sucked. Turned in the TV box and kept Cox (which I loathe as a company) for TV.

What is crazy is that if you are on Grand Isle, they are fiber only, so no more copper.

You probably have better internet at the camp than at home.

I live in South Lafourche and my neighborhood was the one of the first two areas to get Fiber to the Home a few months before Ida. 300 Mbps symmetrical is all I need.

The recovery from Ida took longer because Entergy took their sweet time replacing every post down my street, and REV then needed to replace all the lines they just added a few months prior. My only concern is that they should have buried the fiber. The Brady’s who owned Latelco one of the preceding companies of REV would have a few words. After Betsy in 1965, they buried all of the telephone lines in South Lafourche.

I don’t have the TV service though. I have an outdoor antenna.

We are on the Diversion and have had fiber for the 19 years we have been there because the owner of Eatel had a camp just down from us and brought in fiber when he built. Back then we had better internet than the majority of BR while having a Maurepas address.

Legit, only been down a handful of times in the last 13 yrs. I’d call and the guy who answered was local and walked me thru resolving it

As others have mentioned...attention to quality of service is one of the main benefits IMO. Had them as a provider for years...had fiber in the ground in the early 00s before many big companies did. Up to date offerings/technologies with hometown feel/approach is hard to find these days.
