Crazy that you could brag that you own more land than one entire state in the US.

I like the Farm Credit ad. Wonder if they’d give you a $63 million dollar loan assuming you can put 20% down.

If I’m buying property in Wyoming it’s going to be western or even northwestern Wyoming where there’s some mountains and elk.

That actually sounds like a good price for that much acreage.

Of course, you can’t see from one end to the other, and driving the entire length of the ranch takes about an hour and a half. But if you do decide to undertake a survey of the property, you’ll find some outstanding natural features, including Independence Rock, where settlers on the Oregon Trail etched their names as they passed through. The original routes of the Pony Express and the Mormon Trail cross the ranch, and parts of the North Platte River pass through, as do 20 miles of the Sweetwater River.

Well neighbors aren't gonna be a problem. Whats the property taxes in Wyoming fer a land grab like this?

Did some quick math and the OP said 960K acres, but the actual ad says a bit over 916K acres.

If I did the math right, at 960K acres, that works out to just over $82 an acre and if it's truly just over 916K acres, then that works out to $86 per acre.

I'd have to think about if thats worse than sweating my balls off in west texas.
I can deal with heat a lot better than cold. Cold hurts! Looking at all that flat land, I can only think of how cold that wind is in February.
