It doesn't. You have home owners insurance not business liability insurance. This will not end well for someone trying to make a quick buck.

Not a liability risk I would take even with sufficient insurance and a airtight liability wavier.

I might take the risk if I can selectively rent out to only OT 7+ bachelorette party groups
