You sue whoever has money
In this case whatever grocery store they decide they bought stuff from
The baw who improperly cooked the jambalaya doesnt have much money, cant sue him

That’s why you don’t eat jambalaya in Arkansas.

We had to throw out seafood last year at the fair because it was not good to serve. everyone was pissed because seafood night was canceled but you couldn't serve bad food

You eat jambalaya made north of Bunkie, you take your chances.

I'm glad I didn't hear about this sale because if I did, you bet my Cajun arse would have driven 30 minutes to Columbia for some jambalaya. Thank goodness I didn't and the one thing I don't like about North Louisiana is that they can't cook jambalaya or any kind of South Louisiana food. It really sucks

Homeowners insurance liability, baw.
If the organizer of the benefit dind't have a permit to hold the benefit, then they are going to be sued as well.
Grocery store where the meat was purchased will likely be involved, too.
If the benefit was held at a facility, that facility's event contract will be scrutinized for a way to sue them as well.
I'd imagine of all those possibilities, the poor son of a bitch who cooked the jambalaya has the best chance of his homeowners being sued.

Nope.
Will be dropped.
Once it leaves the store, theres no gaurantee that it was properly handled and stored. Especially if purchased a day or two in advance
