. I started testosterone therapy via injection every other week

Well that's fricked up.

Inject twice a week every three days. After four days the shite is fricking gone and been metabolized. Inject at least every four days. You'll feel great two days and shite for a week and a half.

You have to have your estrogen checked. It will spike 12 hours after testosterone injection. How much depends on your body. If it spikes way too much you are aromotasing and you will act and feel like a woman. You'll be unbearable with more energy. You can take a small amount of estradiol blocker if needed.

I do Subcutaneous injections .35ml twice a week with a diabetic needle alternating quads and stomach on rotation.

The caveat To it you HAVE TO FIND OUT WHY YOU ARE LOW. Don't start replacement unless you need it. You will become dependent.

Fat, not moving, poor diet is a death nail. Sleep is the #1 rebuilder of testosterone. Your body rebuilds it every night. Levels will be highest in morning and decrease all day. You have to sleep. I'm talking total like change. Bedroom for sleeping and screwing. Nothing else. No phone by the bed up dicking with it all night.

Trust me. I have to take supplements because of a chonic illness and chemo type medication killed my endocrine system. Do everything you can to stay off it.

Go see an endocrinologist and NOT your GP. Get a workup. Make sure they check thyroid and estradiol.

Lift heavy weights. Sleep like a boss (overhaul everything to get the right sleep. It's cumulative). Eat well. No beer,It's estrogenic. Drink whiskey or something else. No soy shite.

Do all that first. You check check out the t-nation forums for. Bunch of great reading.

Shift workers lack of sleep leads to a bunch of them low on testosterone. You have to sleep and sleep great. Get a sleep study if needed. Sometimes people just need a CPAP machine and everything rights itself.

Basically drugs should be a last result.

Good luck. I've been studying and reading and taking this shite for 10 years. I should go back to school and become and endocrinologist.

That's what I've always heard about Testosterone replacement therapy....Your erection isn't the only thing that goes up as the risks of strokes and prostate cancer go up. My neighbor is on it and told me these were the risks his doctor told him but he says that he feels great and feels like he is finally living again. He says it is 110% worth the risks as he wasn't really living life before.

Definitely worth it. Been on it since early this summer and makes a huge difference. Get a good relationship with your doctor, most want to prescribe the bare minimum just to keep you in the low normal level. Mine started like that with me but I went back and said I wasn’t feeling any better and they doubled it. And follow what “The Judge” said in his post. I do twice a week, every 3 1/2 days.

I’m almost 46, energy is gone, about 20lbs overweight, dick not getting rock hard anymore. Thinking about going to get my levels checked. Is it worth the money? Did it help you? Dangers? Any info is appreciated! Let the fat arse, limp dick, lazy frick jokes fly!

Biote pellets is the only way to go. My T level stays above 750 and spikes at 1500. They insert the pellets under skin every 6 months. Teenage erections and the biggest loads you will ever shoot.

Testosterone is what fuels prostrate cancer. Just be careful. The ads talk about an increased risk of prostate cancer if you are on Testosterone therapy.

My dad died of prostrate cancer at a relatively young age. No way in hell am I going to do something that increases my risk for prostate cancer.

If you think have a low sex drive is bad there are worse things.

My Dad's doc said since he had prostate problems, it was going to potentially fuel his prostate cancer.

Right on. Most docs are idiots when it comes to testosterone replacement therapy. Can’t tell you how many scripts I see for 200mg every 2 two weeks, or 100 mg every week.

Much better to do it every 3-4 days to keep your levels stable.

I mean you wouldn’t give a diabetic a short acting insulin only to use once a day. Their levels will crash, just like testosterone when you come towards the end of the 2 weeks

Gaba is destroyed by your gut. If you actually want to feel something try phenibut which is phenyl-GABA. It has the same problems that benzos have though...
