Here's my question. How far does the undercover cop have to go get enough evidence to charge the masseuse? Is an accident brush of the bean bag enough to charge someone or does there have to be actual stroking? Or is the woman just agreeing to jerk the guy off enough to charge them with a crime? What if they don't charge extra for the handjob and it's just an ancillary part of the "full body massage"? Certainly massaging someone's back isn't illegal

That place stuck out like a sore thumb where it was. There are no commercial businesses around there that would suggest a massage parlor would pop up there. There are woods and nice subdivision entrances along that stretch. In fact there is nothing remotely trashy around that would hint that type of business would be there. I'm surprised anyone allowed that to be built. It would be like finding an interracial gang bang porn in your 80 year old granny's nightstand.

How are these people getting into the country? There is literally one of these in each small town and the bigger the town the more they have. Somebody has to be approving them.

There are 3/4 Chinese/Asian massage places in Shreveport but are all around other businesses and one is by a physical therapy building that you climb up a flight of stairs.
