The wife and I are chubby and our mattress is sift and every time I roll over or giggle the wife feels it. We dont want to go the separate bed route. Seems like I remember a commercial where a guy was jumping and frolicking on the mattress with a glass of wine on it on the other side? We have a queen size bed and love our head board and foot board so we would like to keep em if possible anyone got any advice I can google but I dont trust adds hoping you baws might could help

At least she's feeling something in bed.

For real, a queen or king with the up/down, sleep number, or whatever controls on each side may be a good choice.

Are you trying to jerk off without her knowing?

My parents got a split king from a company called Spinlife. They are side by side, but moving around doesn't bother the other as much. You can also adjust each side up and down.

We have a king latex mattress and I can't feel her move at all. Stays cool as well.

I spent the money on Tempur Pedic a few years ago.
Love it.
Don't regret spending the money

Don't go cheap, even if you have to finance it.
Consider that of all the material possessions one uses, what gets used the most is air conditioning and mattresses.

Sleep Like the Dead has some good info. Jokes aside, do not discount the sex information. I never realized how much I used the bounce of a mattress till I get my hybrid. Sex is a workout now that I do not get the assist from the mattress

I like my Caspar

You can get out of bed without making a sound. Motion doesn’t carry at all.

I even got out of bed once to get some water in the middle of the night without my dog Ever knowing, my dog of course who will wake up at even the slightest of movement from me

Think I bought the king size for about 800-900 total.

We ordered the Classic Brands Cool Gel 2.0 off of Amazon. A couple of weeks in and we are both liking it, but we are not chubby. It’s pretty firm but the top layer is soft.

frolicking on the mattress

Just let the mattress salesman know you need a mattress that can hold up to long-term, overweight frolicking. Those are specialty mattresses they keep in the back.
