Yeah but all kidding aside...believe it or not, there will be some pieces of shite scum who start looting shortly. Even with everybody frantic trying to help each other out.

I'm sure there will be some. The night of landfall, someone tried breaking into a house and wound up getting shot. There are pieces of shite in every city that will take advantage of a bad situation

I would be willing to bet the house that if Portland had a natural disaster of some sort there would be no looting. I don't know why that is but I bet there would be none.
