Well if you lived there you’d pay an income tax up to 23.6% and a value added tax at 25%

What point are you trying to make? Other than proving you’re an idiot

Yet still a lower tax burden than I pay in tUSA total.

What point are you trying to make other than being a total cuck?

Yep, pretty much goes up the 10% homestead exemption maximum every year here in Montgomery County.

Quick, what’s the pay for your job if you lived in Dallas? Even people that do my job in London barely make 1/3 to 1/2 of what I do in gross pay.

We can do the math cuck, but that would entail talking about taxes you most likely do not pay living in your mom's basement

Welcome to the squeeze.

They are going to get all the living above their means people in a massive tax bind.

Either they will sell stuff to afford the tax or sell the house.

It’s coming. Just watch.

I use a company to argue on my behalf for a lower assessment… I probably just need to do it myself.

I feel like we made out pretty good with the new homestead and lowering it by almost 30%. Should save me about $2800 on the year from what I’m paying this year and saved me $6700 from what they had proposed.

I’ve told people the same. So dumb. They just don’t understand. It’s ok.

I’ll probably use someone in the future but this wasn’t the standard 10% increase so I didn’t want to pay a company a percentage of the savings because the savings was so large. I would have paid $1500 to $3000 to the protest company from what I’ve read.
