Not sure about Boudin in Colorado brother. i've spent some time in denver, try this place he used to carry Tony's and some Louisiana food.

I haven't tried it yet, and it may not be better, but Sam's Club in east Tennessee just got in Andouille Sausage with a Zatarains' label on it.
