They're not taking it because they're scared. There's no other logical reason.

Do we believe the cdc, yes or no? Also how does phase 3 of these vaccine studies compare to phase 3 studies of other experimental vaccines? I look forward to your educated and well informed response.

I must have missed the part where I opined on the matter here.

Figures. Ask for an educated well informed response and you run. That’s about right.

No stats that I asked for. Just less testing which equaled fewer people being recorded having it. I asked how many doses of the flu vaccine were given last year. I can find the last 15 years.

You just went all guns without even realizing I wasn't arguing a point. I've really gotten to you.

No because I really want to know the info. I try to search. The data aint there because they don't want it known. Not even one person on here has come forth and said they got their flu shot last year.

So you admit to posting simply to troll without having a point?

No. They've latched onto a political hill to die on (to the mouth breathers, I don't imply that you will die from covid-19).
As a life long conservative, I don't understand the, primarily younger, Republican discard of the virus or the avoidance of the vaccine.

My biggest concern is the complete abandonment of phase 3 testing. I’m not saying it isn’t effective, but to abandon phase 3 and call it safe is negligent.

My point was very clear and precise. Try reading it again if you're not understanding it yet.

It doesn't matter if tour a democrat or a conservative. Dont see how that even matters. Sure you can say a large portion leans one way or the other.
You are applying the card to actions but think its the other way around? People are making their choices out of spite?

Not anti vax at all. No merit to their claims. My mom has an immunosuppressive disorder so she got shotted up by Mdrna. Bad side effects. I was hoping for J&J to come out with the big guns, although I like their efficacy after 28 days + better against variant.
When I get sick, I get sick pretty bad, luckily this doesn’t happen but once a year or so. I do think about me having what she could have in some way-perhaps not as glaring.
But the damn this is-you have to wear a face mask in WA state even after you get the vaccine. I’ve been wearing a mask since day 1 and making sure everything was super sanitized(again, immunosuppressive parent).
For right now, I’m not getting it, although I will probably take the J&J one down the line. I worked in Pharma sales for years. It’s interesting the way it’s all played out.
I’m ready to nip this in the damn bud and go back to concerts and LSU football man. God almighty. Can y’all imagine how loud Tiger Stadium is going to be this year? Bunch of us ole rednecks and coonasses coming together to steer LSU to a natty(inside sources say LSU is top of elite teams(8) that will win.

Testing for years to see what the long term effects are....
Most drugs aren’t tested in this way before the FDA approves them.
Phase IV testing of drugs is done post market.
Basically you don’t wait to see if someone’s 80 years old before you decide whether a useful drug is going out.
For instance, Zantac was OTC which means the FDA thought it was incredibly safe and its since been linked cancer.
Idk if that makes you want the vaccine more or other drugs less.

All the stats. All the numbers are in the 4th article in the link from the CDC. If you're too stupid to support your argument, don't ask me to do it for you.
