Damn, you dumb.

Nope, and my 125 lb Cane Corso and 130 lb Presa Canario will tell you that I am highly dog educated and they will add..."don't mess with their alpha!"

There not bad dogs they’re just bred for gameness. Meaning they are going to attack to kill. I don’t own a Pitt I would never own a Pitt but saying a Pitt is a bad dog because he attacked someone is like saying a terrier is a bad dog for fricking up rodents in the yard. Its just doing what it’s programmed to do. It’s like blaming a tiger for being a tiger. It’s the people’s fault for owning the breed when they have a small child not the dogs fault for just doing what it does.

You have a link to this made up stat?

Damn son...you dense? Not made up stats abd any news sourse can provide info. Humans killing humans is called murder. Pit bulls only kill a couple hundred people each year and humans kill 10's of thousands in USA alone...hundreds of thousands for the world.

You have to realize who you’re talking to in these threads... not exactly people to worry about.

There's a reason tigers don't make good pets. Just as crocodiles don't make good pets.

If it is bred to kill, as you just stated, then it shouldn't be around humans...period.

As I have stated many other times before, probably 98 percent of pits won't do a thing to anyone. The problem is you have no way to know how to distinguish the 2 percent that will kill someone from the 98 that won't.

My neighbor had two pits (one just died...good riddance). One of them we have known since it was a pup. A year ago, what was a sweet lovable pup broke free from the owner during a walk. He sprinted 50+ yards to get to another neighbor walking his two Basset hounds.

The pit got onto one of the Bassetts and would not let go. It took three full grown adults to pull the pit off the other dog. Cops did nothing, since the Bassett hound lived (which is complete and utter bullcrap).

Don't give me the old "it's the owner, not the dog" line of B.S. either. My neighbor with the pits is not raising them to fight. He walks them and cares for them. They're not left out in the yard chained up.

That dog just snapped, and no one has any idea why. I shudder to think what could have happened had he ever decided to jump our fence and go rogue.

The good news is that dog is dead now and the other one doesn't have much life left. Good riddance to him when he goes.

Had a friend in high school with a pit. As a puppy it was cute and all. Go off to college, see him again a few years later. Find out it attacked his grandmother and he gave it up.

I don't hate pit bulls. I just wouldn't trust my kids around them and I don't understand how other's do considering the track record of the breed.

Always funny to hear pit owners defend their dogs. Try to make them out like their just sweet ole good boys. I see right thru that shite and have seen the damage they’ve done. Terrible dogs that are wired wrong and can snap at anything

Okay.. and still 9,999,999 in the rest of the world. You asked how.

First of all, there are serious problems with the dogs that attack anyone. A lot of these dogs you hear about are chained up, left outside, sick, neglected, never trained etc. To put it on an entire type is just showing ignorance.
Pit mixes are not bred to kill and are probably the best dogs on earth. I have a few pit/lab mixes and they’re more disciplined, calm and loving than pure labs I’ve had. I’ve had a lab attack, but I would never come on a message board and expose ignorance by claiming they are dangerous. Any animal is still an animal and a majority of these attacks have never disclosed what provoked the animal, how it was raised, its medical history.
We have a country with over populated juvenile detention centers. Thousands of aggressive juveniles charged with violent crimes. Do they deserve to die? Why are animals the focus if so many people here are so smart? How many people here have done anything to make a difference besides post the same stuff over an over?
At least I’m adopting these pits to a good home and treating them like loving family members, instead of them going somewhere to be neglected and possibly doing something bad. Call me what you want, but I’m doing something besides posting on the internet.

Make a difference, if that means going out and killing as many pits as you can, then do it, but don’t just post about it. Or you can volunteer at shelters, I do and it helps get dogs in good homes. Posting words are just words...zero action.

Link?

Trust me I’ve had zero people come up to me at patio Bars, festivals, dog parks, neighborhoods to voice what you’re claiming. You people are all talk on a message board.
