Another obviously fake racist incident exposed, Lake Charles, Ed.

in early June a "noose" was left on the front doors of a bar/restaurant in mid-city LC (But south of 210 so it's "south" to many residents). this restaurant caters to the black crowd which is not common south of 210. in fact, in May there was final resolution over multiple complaints about the bar. during that process race played a minor role

obviously, the race angle amplified heavily after the "noose" incident a few weeks later. well, it was not an example of hate and may have been a hoax (perpetrated by someone associated with the business)

first, the rope was rope used to section off his parking lot. it was put on his door by a neighboring business who was tired of the bar not picking up the rope after their work nights. the rope was not returned in a noose shape

now a final report has been released. here is an alleged excerpt from the LEO investigation:



1. rope was returned straight at about 9am
2. the owner (and other employees) came to bar (when the ropes were on the door) and didn't notice anything
3. by 7pm that night, the owner posted a video to FB and the rope was now in a noose
4. the bar surveillance for the time period between 1 and 3 was destroyed and the owner is no longer participating
