You can get aftermarket leather put in a crew cab truck for 1000 bucks. Better than factory.

They do this all the time but charge for it. Instead of trying to knock $1500k off the price, add something that costs them $1200.

It would make more sense to negotiate for a truck that already has leather installed. A dealer is much more likely to move on the price of a vehicle then to pay for parts and labor to upgrade a vehicle at their expense.
