How much would leather on a quad cab cost then?

depends on the grade and the actual amount of leather(most leather seats on trucks only have a few panels of leather)

You can easily be out the door for $1k for equal to factory.

I had the appearance package fx4 leathers on my f150, but had them traded out because the red piping is awful. Was part of my purchase, it was the last '14 they had on the lot. I got upgraded full leather seating area, perforated for the cooled/heated seats and the invoice to the dealer was $1400

OP, if you are getting an f150, I have a set of factory leather I can sell ya. Black with red pipping

A lot of the "leather" packages are mostly synthetic. All you get is a real leather seat bottom and seat back. The rest of it is high grade vinyl.

In the market for a new truck and have noticed a lot of them have cloth seats now. Has anyone had any luck with getting the dealership to install leather without raising the purchase price?

That's what I planned to do, but having trouble finding the truck I want with factory leather. That's the only reason i started this terrible thread

if you plan to pay sticker, or whatever sticker is minus factory rebates, they will more than likely work with you

Chevy with certain options and color. I've found the truck locally with everything I want, but leather. Would pay sticker if it had leather.

dude, look further out or ask the dealership to trade one for you. There are millions of chevys. If the dealership doesn't have the one you want, it must be a small dealership. These places will trade similar vehicles with another chevy dealership to get you the exact ride you want.

Damn, I looked at it for my truck a while back, and getting "factory" replacement leather was like $600 per bucket and $800 for the back. Upgraded leather was much more expensive

A lot of dealers use Kat Skinz after market leather seats. Much nicer than the stock F150 leather seats. 2015s are getting lots of complaints for poor fit and wrinkles a plenty in the drivers seat bottom.

MSRP: $2,195 2-Row Interior, $2,595 3-Row Interior (where applicable). *Please note actual prices may vary vs. MSRP.

Can be had for about $1500 installed if you make arrangements.

Thought about that, looked at some Houston dealerships online and didn't seem to find any better deals than around here.

BTW thanks to the adults that replied with actual insight and responses. The rest of you mouth breathers can go frick yourselves.
