But you don't understand. There was an article. And it was on the internet. And they said science. They have science. Don't you know when you read it on the internet and it says science then its got to be true?

Can you try actually combatting the article and stating your reasons for disagreement instead of being a prick

All because of one article you read on the internet. Now suddenly years of medical and scientific study is now wrong in your eyes

Surely you can't be this dense. The article is of zero importance in itself. The studies the article references are what are important. You can search for that meta-analysis on an academic database and read all of the data yourself. The point of the article is to summarize some of the most important findings in a quick and easily digestible form.

Well, that settles it. You read it on the internet so it's got to be true. Any why? Because science. It says so right there in the article. They got science. And you can't argue with science. Right?

Wow you really are hopeless

Futhermore, is urine secretion "an excellent measure of prior consumption" or is that dependent on the individual and their kidneys

Which it doesn't appear you've done based on your"thousands of scientists" claim.

It is 40% sodium. Right?

I think what he's saying is many older and uneducated folks add very little table salt to their diet and don't realize how much sodium comes from 'inside' the shite they eat.

Little confusing the way he said that.

Folks rarely read an entire post, much less the entire thread before posting.

Most people will read until a thought pops into their head. Whether that's a few words, a sentence, or whatever.

Give me one example of me copying and pasting an article like I wrote it and I'll self ban myself for one month. Post a link to where I posted it.

Or

If you can't do that, publically admit you lied about me and apologize for doing so.

I'll give you one hour to look.

Care to take the challenge? Do we have a deal?

They knew what he meant too Just being facetious.

The average person doesn't cook with a harmful amount of table salt. The insane rate of sodium intake is from the other shite we eat, like you said.

Notice the single, line downvote that posts get when you argue with Darth?

Jvilletiger was doing that too. Must be something they teach during halftime of AU games, because I know Darth never went to college.

Nope, because I do that even read all the bullshite you post in real time, much less go back thru your post history to find an example.

But I, and many others know you do it. And that's the extent to which I give a frick.

So take you're little Owlie challenge and run along, freak.

No I didn't you Jack dick. I just wasn't clear enough for a fricking tard like yourself to see what I meant.

If you cook your own food, unprocessed food, you can salt the shite out of it and your sodium intake will stay relatively low.

It's processed food with the added sugar and super high sodium levels that is killing folks in this country.

I eat an assload of salt, and my sodium levels are always on the low end of normal. I have blood tests every other week right now.

I mostly cook my own food. Very very little processed foods.

That's what I'm talking about. I just cooked a porkchop and some veggies, used about 1/2 a teaspoon of salt for my portion. Roughly 900mg sodium.
