Ketchup is loaded with sugar too. Pickles are one of the worst things you can eat sodium-wise. One whole pickle contains like 1/3rd of the recommended daily salt intake.

Why end thread when there is plenty of evidence of cover ups in nutrition, on the scale of tobacco?

Of course it evolves, but it isn't that simple and innocuous.

And to whomever apparently thinks the AHA has a history of good dietary advice, please do 5 mins of research. Hint: transfats are a good starting point.
