What's so "derpn" about that? I come from a family of cops (now all retired). They would all agree. If a man can't diffuse a situation without a gun 99.999999% of the time, he has no business sniffing a badge.

He's being hyperbolic and utilizing the extreme to illustrate the point: cops are wantonly throwing around their authority to a degree that it is causing people to die who would otherwise not be killed. That's not moronic.

Well... we just saw a video of what the cop perceived, so what the frick are you talking about? If you are so willing to have people killed in the streets by police, please go live somewhere in Africa. I, for one, am not okay with it. Police should be able to show far, far more restraint than that. Period.

so what are you going to do about it? protest? move out of the country? what? tell us please!

Yes, it is. He's equating an accident to purposely hurting someone and using someone else's misdeeds to justify it.

The problem is that just because they get "messed with" doesn't give them the right to kill people.

Anyone else having rocks thrown at them that decided to shoot the person doing it would be locked up right now for murder - or at the very least, manslaughter.

i agree with you to an extent. I just dont question a cops actions most of the time. Its not my job. The Justice system can do that. I know what they have to deal with on a daily basis, its a dangerous job

Even if I had been on the force 1 year or 20, I can honestly say that I would not have killed that man. Don't understand how you can justify this.

That is pretty moronic. That cop didn't have the intention of killing someone, at least I hope he didn't. But as I said before, perception is reality. You don't know what was going through that cop's mind at the time all of this was going down. If he truly believed he was in danger, I don't blame him for acting accordingly. Its easy to be Monday morning quarterback when you aren't the one in the situation.

What do you mean "wut," you imbecile? If you like having your rights trampled and like to make fun of people who would otherwise stand up for their rights, go the frick away.

The man was just murdered and your excuse is:
Don't mess with cops, won't end up dead.

Again, obviously throwing rocks at cops is pretty damn dumb and the guy deserved to be arrested, but there is a massive fricking gulf between deserving to be arrested and deserving to be killed.

Somehow, you fail to see that from the asphalt upon which your lips rest in the wake of your local police force.

They ARE the justice system. Do you know see the problem with a growing corrupt police state?
