Yes we all remember. It went from early early afternoon bright baking hot to breezy late afternoon conditions with reduced sunlight. And there were crescent-shaped shadows all over the ground. And the sun was only 75% occulted then.

And it wasn’t a 75% reduction. People who were 99% were pissed afterwards at how lame it was compared to 100%.
