His license should be revoked immediately, and permanently. All of them, his fishing license, charter boat license, drivers license etc. This mfer and people like him is why we all have to carry firearms in our boats and cars.

That doesn't give him an excuse to do what he did. For the ones who hate it that much then they should quit and get a new career.
