Well, I'm not sure he needs her consent to masturbate. And she can remove consent from any call at any time by hanging the frick up.

Although theoretically embarrassing for the school this would relieve MSU of a ridiculous contract.
The behavior is inappropriate even if consensual. But it is a little much to pretend she couldn't hang up the phone. Women aren't children. The danger of her becoming a literal professional victim are pretty apparent.
She's likely to use this for a six or seven figure payout. If it was a man being harassed by an ugly woman no one would give him anything.
